Difficulties in life are intended to make us better, not bitter.
What can you learn from your current difficulty?
Make a choice and make a change today that is uncomfortable but can make tomorrow different and better.
The end of June marks 6 months since the launch of Q4DI. I have learned a lot and realize I have a long ways to go. We all want immediate success but it doesn’t often happen. We all want life to be easy but we’re not always that fortunate and there is a reason. When we’re successful and it’s easy, we have no motivation to change.
When I fall or fail, I will learn, grow and improve. Failure will be my teacher if I remember to see it that way. I don’t even have to call it failure. In fact, I won’t call it failure. I will call it fuel.
l recently began changing the mindset of my kids when they get something wrong on their homework or test. Those things they get wrong aren’t a delay in getting it finished which is what they feel. They aren’t mistakes that are just a negative on their grade as I thought growing up.
Mistakes are the gold where they can learn what they don’t know. What they still need to learn. Where we can push to the next level. The same holds true for me.
I have to walk my talk. Rather than doing it over again the same way, I need to do it differently. That is where change happens… at the hard stuff.
Starting July 1, 2019, I am reconfiguring Q4 Daily Inspiration. It will be free for all to get the word out on positivity and possibility. I will continue to improve how I share this format and our stories to engage others to join for the ride. I will keep strengthening this muscle to inspire and spark growth for those who want change… including me.
All the stories strengthen this muscle of growth so we can learn together. Real failure is giving up. This translates to death and I am not ready for that. Neither are you.
Join me. Won’t you?
